Hi, this is the second time i replace this cable since its purchase. The video link provided by you was not helpful for me as I took off the whole cable not just the wire-in the package it was not explained that i need to just take out the wire. ButThere was no allen key included . I had to search for another video on the web. I also could not connect the "new cable" tip to the nut so will call for technical advice. I love my cart but definetely the cable is a weakness in its design
