Axglo seems to make everything as difficult as possible when trying to buy certain parts. Every part of every cart should be available to purchase from the online Axglo store. I should not have to beg them to sell me parts I need.

The cart had some issues with the computer or the battery, not exactly sure which. The return itself was no problem. Was a little perplexed at buying a box from ups for $26 and then being charged for another box with your logo on it. Probably a little miffed at buying an $1800 cart, it having issues in the warranty and then being charged with the box. Outside of that, the experience with the cart itself has been good, we have really enjoyed it except when it wasn't working.
